Dear Friends,

Thanks to your support and encouragement, I finished my third half marathon thisĀ  past Sunday in a respectable 2:15, but more importantly raised more than $13,000 to support cancer care and research at the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center.

Your words of encouragement and deeds of courage inspired me along the way as they do every day. There were some serious hills along the way, but I kept thinking that these were trivial challenges compared to the treatments and problems that many of you or your loved ones have had to face and surmount day after day.

It is a pleasure and privilege to be your physician, colleague and friend and may it be so for many years to come.

Fondly,

Aaron P. Rapoport
